For the boys.... meeting a girl for the first time...
Some may be nervous, and some may feel excited or awkward.

1. Be yourself:- Guys... don't pretend in front of girls. Be yourself.

5. Smell:- Girls can smell very easily. Girls hate the bad smell guys. Hence, when you are meeting a girl, use mild perfume only. Don't use the hard one.
6. Listen:- Keep the habit of listening to a girl first. Girls want the guys to listen to their conversation politely and patiently.
7. Special:- Girls love to feel special. Hence, take advantage of every chance to make them feel special.
8. Eye-to-eye contact:- When conversing with a girl, make eye-to-eye contact.
9. Compliment:- Remember to praise the girl for their good things Ex. Dressing sense, colour, and all other qualities.

7. It is also remembered as a day when all the Rishis approached Kama Dev to awaken the Lord Shiva for his Yogic Meditation.
8. Transition from cold weather to hot weather may have an impact on the skin.
9. Do the regular Pranayam to help and clear excess mucus formation and improve O2.
10. Do the daily Abhyanga massage for the skin and nervous system.
11. Eat the lighter food.
12. Lord Sarasvati is worshipped during the Vasantrutu.
13. It is also said that Lord Shiva and Parvati were married in the Vasantrutu month.. Hence, in India. Feb-Mar is considered as the Marraige season.
