Amazon Forest

World’s largest amazon forest is burning?

Yes…It is…. It is burning at the record rate. Not only it is burning but it is releasing much smokes in the air which has caused one of Brazilian city to witness the darkness at the 03.00 p.m. It is also called as Amazonia. It is a moist tropical forest in South America. It is covered about 2700000 sq.meters. Out of this area, 2100000 sq meters is covered with the rain forest. Total nine-nation have their boundaries close to this Amazonia. A major part of the forest is covered in Brazil. It has all near about 410 billion individual trees. It covers about 25 per cent of the world’s oxygen levels.
The area which gives us so much of free oxygon is now burning…Not burning…It's alarming..and it was not shown at all at the full extent on the national television of the countries.60 per cent of the forest comes in the brazil. About 76000 fires were detected in the amazon. So..how is the fire detected?
There are many reasons. Some of them are set by the local farmers or the NGO organization to clear the forest area and use it for farming. Amazonia has already lost its 9.0 million acres of area. It is the major earth’s lung caretaker. This fire has devastated the entire climate. No one can imagine how much CO2 and smoke is been released in the air. This will affect the climate of the entire world which is much serious issue. We are noticing the changes in the climate since the last 5-6 years. In the summers. Where the temperature was around 35-37 in 2009 in India, now it has reached 42-44 in 2019. This is alarming.
Environment should be taken much much seriously by everyone. Due to the cutting of the trees, we are facing unknown and sudden problems. Seasons cycle is moving ahead. We face severe drought some  times and other times we face the extreme rains which result in many times in the worst flood conditions and the ultimate result devastation of the human lifestyle and human beings.
Forest is burning in the Brazil…Such type of devastation is too going on in India too. Trees are been cut under the name of development. This situation is an alarm for everyone. This situation can be changed.
1.     Make the Environment subject compulsory from childhood.
2.     Donate a small amount to the Rainforest Trust in the Amazon. Since it has saved around 26 million acres of areas.
3.     Reduce the use of paper and go digital or use environmentally friendly paper.
4.     Stop eating beef. Since it is linked to the deforestation.
5.     Visit the site ecosia.org.
6.     Visit the Amazon watch.
7.     Plant at least one tree in a month. Generate the awareness of tree plantation and its cultivation amongst the children and all the adults.
8.     Select the politicians which are the caretaker of the environment.
9.     No development is done by smashing the trees and nature. It will come soon as a boomerang to all human beings and to the countries on the earth in the form of slow poison.
10. Live for some days under the trees or nearby trees and nature. Till then we will not understand its importance and its USP. More trees, more oxygen, more water, stable air, stable earth and stable nature.
11. Stop using petrol and Diesel vehicles. Although it is difficult we should do it. Since the other alternatives for petrol and Diesel are arriving in the market, it is a good sign for it.
12. It is everyone's responsibility to plant the trees and protect the trees and keep nature alive. Else nature will kick the entire human life cycle out of the universe.

Film Review:- Hobbs and Shaw( F9)

Film Review:- Hobbs and Shaw( Fast and Furious-9)

Starcast:- Dwayne Johnson
                 Jason Statham
                 Idris Elba
                 Vanessa Kirby

Producer:- Dwayne Johnson
                   Jason Statham

Story:- Chris Morgan

Distributed by:- Universal Pictures

Run time:-2 hours 20 minutes

Story:- Fast and furious is again back with the new story, new technology and the new monsters in the story. This time the story is between the Hobbs( Dwayne Johnson) and the Shaw (Jason Statham). The team of MI6 agents is in the search of the virus named ‘ Snowflake’ from one of the terrorist organization Eteon. One of the operator finds out the MI6 agents. He kills all the agents except their leader. That virus is much dangerous.
This news is informed to the Hobbs and Shaw. They are much opposites of each other. One is mad and another one is super mad. They are informed about the news and they are later on given the task to find out the virus and expose it. In the meeting with the CIA, both are given the task. But both of them find it difficult to stay together. Since they are full of the annoyance. But the circumstances make both of them stay together. They keep on searching for the virus. They, later on, find out the fact that it has been injected in the women’s body and that women seem to be the sister of the shaw. One of the MI6 agent is behind the Hoobs and Shaw.

Here the show begins and the real action starts in the story.

Fast and Furious is one of the loved series in terms of story, aesthetics, cars, action etc. F8 was the good one. This movie goes on the pure commercial level in many aspects. Bike Chasing, Cars flying in the air, beautiful and hot women, imported and flying cars and two biggest monsters working as the main actors.

First one is the Rock(Dwayne Johnson). He needs no introduction. The 6 feet 6-inch man, broad eyes, no hair, with the toned and shaped biceps and triceps,8 packs(oops…sorry..it might be 10 packs), sexy eyes and the macho build personality. Which person/girl will not like such huge and muscular personality with the killer attitude and the inbuild muscles?

For me, he is the Sunny Deol from the Hollywood. He can do anything. He can lift anything. Does he eat the horse sticks in his dinner and lunch??( looking at his chest and muscles)? He has taken the action from the film to the other level. Nothing looks unreal. Look at his power. He can lift anything and he can throw anything. Everything looks natural about him. Along with much physical strength, he is smart enough to use it much smartly in the acting process.

The second monster is Shaw(Jason Statham) the famous villain named “Dakkard Shaw” who doesn’t give up at all in any of the Fast Series. He is the toughest competitor to the Dwayne Johnson. He is not much build up like as the rock. But he lives his character throughout the story. No wonder after looking in the movie, he seems to be excellent in the guerrilla techniques. He kicks the Dwayne Johnson from time to time. His well-versed action scenes add the emotion and the drama in the story.
There are other actors who play the role of a family of Dwayne Johnson. They too look like a child which is set free from the tiger after a long time.

The film is about pure action. drama, bikes, cars, helicopters smashing and throwing, the bike getting autoloaded…and much more interesting things. The film is all about love, chasing. As of the name, it is all about the two mad people. One is Dwayne Johnson and the second one is Jason Statham. They both will surely give you unlimited energy and smile.

In the end, two men are missed in the movie. Without them, the story looks thirsty.

Paul Walker and Vin Diesel.

Machine designing:- Part1

The basic procedure for the machine design is a simple and straightforward step to step approach from the functional requirement to the creation of drawings of the final product.

Following is the scenario in the designing.
·        Begin with the market survey.
·        Go with the in-detail market study and find out exact need.
·        Define the detail specification of the product. Here make the detail list of the product specifications. Define the cost of each one.
·        Find out the alternative mechanism for the product.
·        Select the mechanism which will suit the product. Here it can be crank and connecting rod or other which will give the best result. This mechanism should be fitted in the desired cost of the product.
·        Prepare the detail layout. Here define each component with its details.
·        Define the assembly methods of the components and the process.
·        Design all the individual components. Here total force required should be calculated. Also, material selection plays a vital role in this process. Along with it, the modes of failure should be determined in the detail and it should be discussed with the DFMEA.
·        Prepare assembly drawings. Here use the various design tools.
·        Modify the drawing and finalize them before the implementation of the product.

While designing any component the following points should be noted carefully.

·      Strength: - The machine or the product should not fail or stop due to accident or the external forces acting on it. It should have enough strength to withstand all the forces acting on it.
·       Rigidity: - The product or machine should be well rigid enough. It should not bend or deflect at any cost.
·      Wear Resistance: - It is the main reason for the machine breakdown. It reduces the life of the component.
·      Lesser dimension and the weight: - The machine should be strong, rigid and the same time, it should have minimum dimensions and the weight. This helps to reduce the cost of the machine.
·  Manufacturing ability: - Designed part of the component should be easy for manufacturing with the minimum cost.
·    Safety: - The shape and the dimensions of the part and component should provide the safety for the operator of the part or component.
·  Conformance to the standards: - The designed part should be according to international standards.
·        Reliability: - The machine should be reliable for an extended period of time.

Design of the machine elements is an important part of the complete designing procedure. Following are the steps in the machine designing.

·        Define the functions of the element.
·        Find out the forces acting on it.
·        Select a suitable material.
·        Find out the potential failure modes of the material.
·        Determine the dimensions of the component.
·        Check the dimensions for the assembly.
·        Prepare working drawing

Following are the functions of some of the machine elements

Bearing: - It supports the rotating shaft.
Key: -It transmits the torque between the shaft.
Spring: - It stores and releases energy.
Screw fastening: - It holds two-three machine parts together.
While determining the force, draw the free-body diagram to determine the forces acting.

IP(Intellectual Property) Basics:- Part 2

Development of copyright law in India is closely related to the British Copyright Law. The first copyright act was passed in England titled ‘ Statute of Anne’ which provided the fact that the author of any book already printed or about to print will have a whole and sole right of the printing such a book for the term mentioned in the contract. The copyright act of 1911 in England had codified and consolidated the various earlier copyright acts in the different part of the work. The first copyright act was passed in India somewhere around 1955-56. This was a reflection of the British Copyright act. Then the copyright act of 1957 provided many modifications and changes in the copyright act in India. After 1957, the new copyright amendment act was launched in the 1983. This made many amendments to the previous act of 1957. It was introduced with the object to prevent piracy in the video films and pictures.
Features
1.     Copyright Office and Copyright board were created successfully to help and encourage the registration of the copyright process and settle certain kinds of disputes coming under the act. Another aim was to provide awareness of the copyright process.
2.     Definition of various categories of work for the copyright process and its scope.
3.     Inbuild the awareness and importance of copyright among the artist people.
4.     Process and the provision to determine the ownership of copyright.
5.     Tenure of the copyright.
6.     Definition of the Copyright under different work categories.
7.     All provisions relating to the assignment of ownership and licensing of copyright including the compulsory license in some sectors.
8.     Make the process in an easy way.
9.     Provisions related to the performing rights for the societies.
10. Broadcasting rights.
11. International copyright.
12. Definition of the infringement of the copyright.
13. Author’s rights in the copyright process.
14. Exclusive rights offered.
15. Criminal remedies.
16. Legal proceedings.
17. Entire legal process.

 Interests behind the copyright protection

The copyright protection finds out its justification. When any person produces something with his skill and the knowledge and energy, that thing or the work belongs to him and other person is not at all permitted to take any advantage of that skill and the knowledge and earn money at any case. This was the main reason for the copyright act law of 1957. This act has given special rights to the authors and writers. The object of the act is to protect the copyright of the work from being copied by the unknown sources.

Copyright is the right to stop other people from copying the original work without the permission of the original work creator. If people want to copy, they should take the permission of the original work creator and they should proceed legally. Copyright law prevents the balance between the interests and the rights of the author. In simple words, the original work of any artists or the engineer is to be protected by the copyright law legally. Any person who wants to use the original work should ask the legal permission from the original work creator. If he doesn’t ask for the same, he should be ready to face the legal consequences.

Book Review:-'SACHIN TENDULKAR' playing it my way

Book Review: - Playing it my way.
SACHIN TENDULKAR.
Written by:-Boria Majumdar.
Sachin Tendulkar! A man and a name is just enough to for many Indians. A man who changed our life; a man who played a passionate cricket for 24 years; a man who gave many Indians moments of Happiness from 1990-2013.

Sachin is the greatest run-scorer and run-chaser in the history of the Indian Cricket. He remains the most celebrated cricketer of all the time in the Indian and World history. He received the prestigious Bharat Ratna – India’s highest civilian honour award on the day of his retirement.

In this book, he tells his life story from the beginning. One of the finest saying is been told in this book by his Father who was well-known writer Ramesh Tendulkar.

“Son, your life is a book. It has numerous chapters. It also has many lessons in it. It is made up of a wide variety of experiences and resembles a pendulum where success and failure, joy and sorrow are merely extremes of the central reality. Lessons to be learnt from success and failure are equally important. More often, failure and sorrows are the biggest teachers than success and happiness. You are fortunate to represent your country, and this is the greatest honour. But never forget that this too is the other chapter of the book. How many years the person plays the cricket? Twenty years; if you are good, maybe it will take twenty-five years. Even by that yardstick, you will live most of your years outside the sphere of professional sport. This clearly means that there is more life than cricket. Do not allow the success to breed arrogance in you. If you remain humble, you will receive love and respect. As a parent, I would be happy to listen,’’ Sachin is a good human being” then “Sachin is a great cricketer” any day.’’

This teaching from his father is for everyone. Being born in the middle-class family and the son of the writer, Sachin always remained humble and away from the cricketing glamour throughout life even after retirement from the cricket. His father was a well-known Marathi poet and professor and his mother was working in LIC. Sachin was growing in the middle-class family culture which made him perfect and idle gentlemen throughout his life.

Never a cricketer was carrying a burden of many expectations; never a cricketer performed at such a high level for so long time; never a cricketer scored so many runs for many years in the Test and one day cricket and T-20.

He played a crucial role in winning a world-cup 2011. Along with it, he too faced a share of frustration and failure- from the injuries and early World Cup exits in 2007 along with his unhappy captaincy tenure. This book covers everything from his life. From his childhood to teachings on Shivaji Park to the First tour of Pakistan and ahead of many things.

Despite being a celebrity, Sachin has always remained a very private man; devoted to family and country. He remained humble and down to earth person. He will always be a role model for all the young people of India. He never created any shortcuts for his success. He dreamed of cricket; he lived cricket.

This book will even teach you some of the biggest lessons of life.

Don’t read this for a Cricketer Sachin; read this for a boy; who was born in the middle-class family of the Marathi poet; and later he dreamed, and he chased it till he was a ''SACHIN TENDULKAR.''

Many cricketers will come and retire but no one can be a SACHIN TENDULKAR and no one can receive loud applause in the ground in the chorus
SACHINNNNN! SACHINNNN!
