Film Review:- Joker(Hollywood)

Film Review: - Joker

Directed by: - Todd Phillips.

Written by -1. Todd Phillips
                      2.Scott Silver

Producer: - Warner Brothers

Cast: -Joaquin Phoenix as Joker

Story: - It is a story about a man Arthur Fleck who has the ambition to be the stand-up comedian. But his ambition is been not so easy to be achieved. He is been isolated, smashed and bullied by society. He is always made a subject of fun. Smashing by the society generates lots of negativity around him. He is living with his sick mother. His life gets on filling with the dullness, rejections and irritations. On the other hand he is facing with the one unknown hidden uncontrollable laugh. This takes him to trouble many times. He is always lost in his own world as like forever alone makes him addicted to more and more smoking. This takes him to the big trouble which changes his perceptions about life and the people around him and society. Some incidents make him live with the two masks.
Joaquin Phoenix has nailed the Joker character. He has done everything in the perfect manner for the character. Mood-swings, another face behind the mask, shocking sudden dance moves done by Joker, changing mind towards society, hidden sadness and depression… everything is brilliant. He might have done as much as method acting for this role.  He is mastered in some scenes where he stands as a stranger in front of his house and secondly, he enters in someone else’s house.
The violence shown is surprisingly unexpected. It raises some questions. People who are isolated, bullied, ignored and rejected by society; do they go crazy? Do they turn into a cold-blooded mind? What does a man do when he is not appreciated by society? Do they act in the hidden faces? What is going on inside their mind?
In terms of storytelling and the craft, Joker is the best in everything. It tells some cruel sides of life in the hidden faces. This should be watched to witness one of the smartest storytelling craft.
In the end, Joker will be much loved, but the Arthur Fleck will be hatted.
Don’t miss.

Film Review:- WAR Starring:- Hrithik Roshan Director:- Siddharth Anand

Film review:- War
Director:-Siddharth Anand
Written by:-Abbas Tyrewala( Dialogues)
Story:- Aaditya Chopra
             Siddharth Anand
Screenplay:-Siddharth Anand
Music:- Vishal Shekhar
Starring:- Hrithik Roshan
                  Tiger Shroff
                  Vaani Kapoor
                 Ashutosh Rana
Distributed and produced by- Yashraj

Story:-
Khalid( Tiger) is given a task to eliminate his mentor Kabir ( Hrithik Roshan) who has gone a rogue which turns into killing the Indian officials and VVIP persons.  This responsibility is given to the Khalid( Tiger) since the tiger and the Kabir had a Teacher and student relation in the Indian Army. Hrithik plays the role of the intelligent undercover officer who is on some secret mission. This turns out to be the biggest war.

The story looks the same type of stereotype of typical Abbas- Mastan and Fast and Furious series movies initially. It has many unexpected spoilers and turns and twists. Some twists have no answer from the story at the initial level. There are many beautiful locations in the film. You get the chance to travel some 7-8 countries along with much beautiful Kerela( Aleppi). Some scenes remind us of the movie Fast and Furious part7. Some scenes remind us of the movie Mission Impossible.

Meanwhile, as the story progresses it lacks in the solid foundation. Just copying the scenes from the superhit movies doesn’t make any sense. After the interval, there are many chases shown on the bridges and the bikes. There are many illogical spoilers shown. Writer and the screenplay writer must be confused after the interval. They seem to be in the travelling mode from this way to that way.
Regarding the star power, the one man has carried this story on his shoulders Hrithik Roshan. He can make the poor script the biggest one with lots of twists. He is again entering his young age at the age of 45. Young, army officer, with the sheer anger on his face, toned six-packs, his biceps, sleeves and his sunglasses make him much sexier in the movie. He can stop the world through his dancing skills. No one can dance or can dare to share a sheer dancing experience in front of him. What else he cannot do? He can do anything.

Tiger on the other hand looks a karate champion dancing and jumping from air to air and down to the earth. In terms of acting he needs a lot of improvement. But he has acted well here. He should go beyond jumping in the air and crashing into the water.

Music is the best here. The two songs are well managed to get popularity. Background score is outstanding. Hrithik adds much of the hidden glamour in it. Tiger looks a kid in front of him.
In the end, the movie is good. It is much of action and chases. It has a story. But it lacks the solid foundation. Just good actors; good locations and jumping from air to water doesn’t make a good movie. It should have a solid story foundation.

But this movie doesn’t disappoint you at all. And to the sexiest man Hrithik Roshan.
