Book Review:- The Subtle art of not giving a f*ck

The Subtle art of not giving a f#ck
A Counterintuitive approach to living a good life
Written by: - Mark Manson
Charles Bukowski was an alcoholic, a womanizer, a chronic gambler, a lout, a cheapskate, a deadbeat and on his worst days a poet. He is the last person on the earth you would ever look for life advice or expect to see in any sort of self-help book.
He wanted to be a writer. But for the decades his work was rejected by almost every magazine and newspaper, journal, agent, publisher, every magazine and newspaper agent he submitted to. His work was much horrible, they said. Crude. Disgusting. Depraved. And as the stacks of rejection slips piled up, the weight of his failures pushed him into the alcoholic fueled depression that would follow him for most of his life.
Bukowski had a day job as a letter-filer at a post office. He got a paid shit money and spent most of it on the booze. He gambled away the rest at the racetrack. At night, he would drink alone and sometimes hammer out poetry on his beat-up old typewriter. Often, he would wake up on the floor having passed out the night before.
Thirty years went by like this, most of it a meaningless blur of alcohol, drugs, gambling, and prostitutes. Then, when Bukowski was fifty, after a lifetime of failure and self-loathing, an editor at small independent publishing took a strange interest in his work. The editor couldn’t offer Bukowski much money or much promise of sales. But he had a weird affection for the drunken loser, so he decided to take a chance on him. It was the first real shot Bukowski had ever gotten, and, he realized, probably the only one he could ever get in life. He wrote back to the editor.''I have one of the two choices- stay in the post office and go crazy… or stay out here and play at writer and starve. I have decided to starve.''
After signing the contract, Bukowski wrote his first novel in three weeks titled simply post office. In the dedication, he wrote ''Dedicated to nobody.'' And his book went through a record breakable sale.
For the past years Mark Manson via his wildly popular blog-has been working on correcting our delusional expectations for ourselves and for the world. He now brings his hardest-fought wisdom from this book.
Manson makes the argument that human beings are flawed and limited. As he keeps on writing the fact ‘’ not everybody can be extraordinary. There are winners and losers in society and some of it is not fair or your fault.’’ The writer advises us to get to knew our strong points and limitations and accept them. Once we embrace our fears, faults and uncertainties- once we stop running from our fears, and faults, and uncertainties- once we stop running from and avoiding, and start confronting painful truths- we can begin to find the courage and confidence we desperately seek.
''In our life, we have a very limited amount of fucks to give. So you must choose your fucks wisely.''

I recommend this book to read and keep it secured with you.
It will guide you throughout your life.

Film Review:- Super 30

Celebration of Emotions:- Super 30

Starcast:-
1.     Hrithik Roshan
2.     Mrunal Thakur
3.     Pankaj Tripathi
4.     Aditya Shrivastav
5.     Ajay Chakravarti

Written By:- Sanjeev Dutta
Music By:- Ajay-Atul
Producer:- Sajid Nadiadwala
Director:- Vikas Behl

Story:-
It is based on the life of the mathematician Anand Kumar from Bihar. He is well known for his teaching to the financially poor students. He is been teaching since 2002 in the Bihar who is training 30 students for the entrance test of the IIT. The entire film is based on his life. His contribution to education is remarkable.

Hrithik Roshan is back to the films after the longest gap of 2 years. This gap was too much for the actor to come back to the silver screen. Hrithik is not just best but he is just outstanding. We completely forget the Hrithik from the Krissh and Koi Mil Gaya in this act. He is well versed in the Bihari accent. He has lost his muscles. He is the only actor in the world who has done makeup to look a typical Bihari guy with the born look. Else we remember the Hrithik with the toned muscles and green eyes. He is outstanding as an actor. His eyes and face speak a lot in the movie. The moment when he is unable to go the Cambridge; the moment when he looks at the students who are unable to study due to poor financial conditions, he wins everyone with just his eyes. He comes from a poor family whose aim is to share his educational knowledge to each student. Since every student has the right to take an education. Hrithik has lived Anand Kumar in the screen.

Initial days of the Anand Kumar is much struggling and hard. He had to struggle to fulfil his daily needs. He later joins the Excellence academy which is run by the Aditya Shrivastav. This academy is a professional education institute. He hires Anand Kumar, in other words, he uses him to gain popularity in the world of classes. Many students get flooded to join the institute just for one name Anand Kumar. In his process, Anand Kumar finds out students who are eager to study but they don’t have enough money to pay the fees. Looking after such harsh reality which was the same as Anand Kumar. Anand Kumar decides to start his own education coaching for the poor students. He teaches his students about all the aspects of life. He removes the fear of speaking English from his students. This affects the student flow in the Excellence Academy. This creates rifts between Anand Kumar and Aditya Shrivastav and the story begins for the turn.

The current education scenario is perfectly captured in the Film. N number of coaching centres; lakhs of fees; Endless lines of the students standing for the admission; a poor guy deprived of the admission process etc. Current Scenario is the same nowadays. Education is the most Profitable Business in India.

Music is given by Ajay-Atul. It sound's good. Background music is the best. Sometimes it is too loud.

Work is done by the 30 students of Anand Kumar is outstanding.
Mrunal Thakur is OK.
Pankaj Tripathi is Good.
In the end, the strong script and the story wins. Super 30 is the sheer pleasure of joy for all the underdogs. Though some scenes in the movie are scripted, it creates an impact on the current education scenario.
The script is good; the story is good; Dialogues are good; film proves to be good.
#Ab Raja ka beta Raja nahi banega; Ab Raja Wahi Banega jo hakdaar hoga# This dialogue is an emotion which deserves a huge round of claps.
Forget the Greek God who has sharp muscles and great looks. Enjoy the emotions of the Teacher and the 30 underdog students.

Film Review:- Satya

Film Review:- Satya
Release Year:-1998
Release Date:-03.07.1998
Directed by:- Ramgopal Varma
Producer:- Ramgopal Varma
Written by:- Anurag Kashyap and Saurabh Shukla
Starcast:- J D Chakravarthy
                  Manoj Vajpayee
                  Saurabh Shukla
                 Shefali Shah

Story:- Satya( J D Chakravarthy ) comes to Mumbai to find the Job. After looking for a while in the unknown city he joins as a waiter in the dance bar. During the duty, he meets some local goons attack him for some of the minor reasons. This leads a tit for a tat fight between Satya and local goons Pakya ( Sushant Singh). This makes Satya's life much miserable which leads him to the jail. Inside the Jail, he meets the Bhiku Mhatre (Manoj Vajpayee). Satya and Mhatre fight with each other inside the jail. Mhatre provokes Satya inside the jail. Being impressed with the strength and the attitude of Satya, Bhiku Mhatre arranges a Lawyer to release him from the jail. They both come out of jail and they form their independent criminal gang and they start their activities. These activities keep on going and it ends further in an ugly way.

Satya is one of the best cinema in the crime genre by the Ramgopal Varma. The 1992-1996 year was the time when Mumbai was flooded with criminal killings, criminal gangs and shooting activities. Beginning of Satya was much interesting. At a certain time when RGV was sitting with one of the producers in the office some morning in Mumbai. He heard the real shoot of the Gulshan Kumar done in the Mumbai. This incident had shocked the entire film Industry. But this didn’t shock the RGV. This incident triggered his creative mind which later resulted in the birth of Satya.
The film is been shot in a very different manner. RGV trusted his instincts and his actor's instinct and shooting continued. Many of the scenes were not even written fully but they were shot on the intensity and flow of the acting of the actors. In some scenes, Ramgopal Varma forgot to say the cut in which actors improved the scenes and dialogues which even were not included in the script. Many incidents in the movie are based on real criminals life. RGV also says that we cannot predict who is the criminal man in our daily life. He could be a norman guy or he could be some other.
Location on which the scenes were been shot adds much more USP to the story. The  Chaupati, Chall and the monsoon season of the Mumbai.
Each character is strongly written by the writers Anurag Kashyap and Saurabh Shukla. Cold-blooded Satya; Spontaneous Bhiku Mhatre and the man who pretends to be someone and who is someone Kallu Mama is based  on the real-life incidents of RGV.
Music in the movie is again a masterpiece. Even in some scenes, we feel the criminal feeling in the background music. The songs “ Goli Maar Bheje me” tells the way of celebration of the criminals. The other song “ Pani” shows the real monsoon reason from Mumbai City.
Speaking about the characters all the characters are the best along with the director and the writer.

Film Review:- Rambo

Created by:- David Morral
Book Published:- 1972
Title:- First Blood
Starring:- Sylvester Stallone as John Rambo
Richard Crenna as a Colonel Sam Trautman
Brian Dennehy as a Will Teasle
                  Charles Napier as a Murdock
Music Composers:
Jerry Goldsmith and Brian Tyler
Story:- Hollywood is always at its best in terms of creativity. There are various films being created in Hollywood which are always different in terms of subject and the filming. This film is based on the book “ First Blood” which was published in 1972. It is based on a soldier’s life named John Rambo.  He is a skilled U.S soldier. He is an expert in the hand to hand combat, guns and weapons and famous tricks guerrilla warfare which are used in the war. He is the best. He can live off the land. He can handle any tricky and worst situation while the war is going on. He is a cold-blooded man. He is sent to the Vietnam war by the USA.
In the first part, he comes back from the war to live a normal and healthy life. He returns to his house. But his life after returning war is made like a hell by the Policeman called Teasle and battle begins.

In the second part, Colonel Trautman sends  Rambo to the free some USA Prisoners.

In the third part, Rambo is sent to the Afganistan to free Colonel Trautman.

In the past four Rambo is sent to the Barma to free some of the hostages. Barma is under a war zone. Rambo enters in the Barma and faces the most difficult fight.

Fifth part last blood will be out in Sept-19.

Sylvester has lived the character Rambo during all the films. His anger; persistent; love towards the country; will power is clearly visible in all the parts. He is cool and calm but when it comes to the nation point he doesn’t make any compromise. Rambo is Sylvester and Sylvester is Rambo. Many scenes make the audience to jump from their edge. The scene in which Rambo is locked up in the Room. A person who has locked him up calls Rambos Boss Murdock. At the other point at the scene where Rambo dares the Murdock has raised the movie to the other level. The other scene where Rambo enters the Room and keeps on firing and he holds the Murdock again keeps us on the edge. Rambo looks more dangerous in his angry and wrought ironed muscles and his long hair attitude. He loves his country; he loves his people but at the other point he expects the people from the USA should equally love the army as they love the citizen of the USA. He is always ready to protect the people of his nation at any cost and at any age. His life is a war which has the biggest long road which is yet searching to end. This role is one of the biggest achievement in the life of Sylvester. No one could have played the role better than him.
Music is the other factor which contributes to the movie achievement. The song “ It’s a long road when you are all alone”  has not only added the emotions and trigger to the story but it has also changed the life of many people in the world. This song tells the real fact about today's world.
Yet It is a long road to go for the man who embedded the Rambo in everyone's life non-other than Sylvester.

Film Review:- Skyscrapper

Directed by:-Rawson Thurber
Produced by:-Dwayne Johnson
Written by: - Rawson Marshall Thurber

Starring: - 1.Dwayne Johnson as a Will
                   2.NeveCampbell    as Sarah

Music: - Steve Jablonsky

With the release of the skyscraper, the audience has got a chance to see the original Rock version. Rock can make many things possible via his logic. It is always a pleasure to watch 6 feet man equipped with 10 packs on the stomach with elongated muscles and visible veins.

Story:-Will Sawyer (Dwayne Johnson), is a former FBI agent who runs a company that assesses and provides the security for skyscrapers. Being the best in his business, he bags the project of evaluating the security for The Pearl – world’s tallest, most-secured building somewhere in Singapore. But due to some events, Skyscraper comes under attack and fire by some forces. Will gets the clue about it. He runs towards the Skyscraper. Interestingly his family comes under the attack on the Skyscraper. His family gets trapped in the building. Will comes near the Skyscraper. Interestingly he is injured with his one leg and he is wondering with one artificial leg and one natural leg. The story begins from this moment with the real jumps and push-ups by the Rock.

Rock alias Dwayne Johnson. The man with lots of proteins and eggs embedded inside him can make anything possible itself on just one real leg. The movie has much pure action stunts which are death-defying. The movie is mixed with hardcore pumping actions, fights, and some of the emotional attachments and so many. Rock can fight with the enemy; he can climb up to 2000 floor; he can hang over there with just one hand; he can watch the ground so easily from 2000 feet from the sky; he can jump from the 2000 floor to the skyscraper. He punches till his punching energy gets converted from one form to other.  It is a thrilling safari that is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. Dwayne Johnson who plays Will Sawyer is so much more than an ex FBI agent. He is a father and a husband who will go to any lengths to save his family; even if that means jumping off buildings and fighting fire and climbing the building. It is refreshing to see Neve Campbell as the badass mother who fights off bad men to protect her children.
It creates lots of emotion; attachment and the connection with the character.
Rock can do anything. He is the man with lots of proteins and the horsepower in his physique as well as in his acting. This is a purely commercial movie from Hollywood.

Don’t miss the Sunny Deol from Hollywood. He will tight you to the edge of the seat with his punches and action and biceps and triceps.
